Our product IsItFree (“the Service”) helps you explore and check domain name availability. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service is offered to users worldwide; if you use it from outside the United States, you do so at your own responsibility and must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
IsItFree provides domain discovery and availability-checking tools. The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of availability results. Domain availability can change at any time; you should confirm with a registrar before purchasing or relying on any result.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for providing accurate information. You may not share your account with others or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not abuse our systems, scrape or automate access beyond normal use, misuse third-party data (e.g. RDAP or WHOIS), impersonate others, send spam, or engage in any illegal or harmful activity. We may take action, including terminating access, if we believe you have violated these rules.
Parts of the Service may use artificial intelligence to generate text, suggestions, or other content. Such content is for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on it for important decisions without independent verification. ODD Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated output.
The Service and all information provided through it (including domain availability and AI-generated content) are for general information only and do not constitute legal, professional, or other advice. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service. Availability of a domain at the time of your check does not guarantee it will be available when you attempt to register it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ODD Inc. and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount permitted by law. The Service is currently free; these limitations apply regardless of whether any remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations— in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
IsItFree, its name, branding, and all content and materials provided through the Service are owned by ODD Inc. or its licensors. We do not grant you any right, title, or interest except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
We may collect and use information necessary to provide the Service, improve it, and communicate with you (e.g. account data, usage data, and contact details). We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including your account, at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer rights, those rights are not limited by this choice of law.
